Väike Tallinn: Small town vibe CGI

This property’s architecture was aimed to recreate a small-town atmosphere with its easy and relaxed vibe. The yard’s landscape designed to be cosy and serve the community as it would be a small town – secure and cosy.
Property marketing visuals should show the freedom and cosiness of the residential complex where children and adult can spend lots of time outdoors.
CGI was developed along with the idea and architectural design of the property complex. That helped to choose the right vision not only for the marketing campaign but also for the overall architectural solution. This project showed for all stakeholders involved in the creating process (real estate developer, architecture and visualisation studio) the advantage of including the visualisation on an early stage of work. That gives a better overview and flexibility to adjust the design.
